Thanks to its high palatability, it is recommended as support to a slimming programme, being low in calories but with adequate contents in vitamins, minerals and proteins, that contribute to maintaining muscle tone and vitality. The action of chondroprotectors and of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids contributes to preserving joint mobility, helping them to bear the excess weight. The low calories content and the presence of L-carnitine influence the lipid metabolism, favouring a slimming effect.
